Abstract
Le scritture teatrali “raccontano” molto più di quello che “dicono”. Con questa consapevolezza, l’autrice ripercorre i tratti essenziali delle scritture teatrali nell’antica Roma, contribuendo così a delineare, sotto questo particolare angolo visuale, la civiltà teatrale dell’epoca, con particolare riguardo alla condizione giuridica dell’attore.
The theatrical writings “tell” a lot more than what they “say”. With this awareness, the author retraces the essential features of the theatrical scriptures in the ancient Rome, thus contributing to outline, from this particular point of view, the theatrical civilization of the period, with particular regard to the legal status of the actor.
